腹膜透析Twin Bag換液技術(英文版)
                              Peritoneal Dialysis Twin Bag Operation  Procedure

一.準備環境及用物Prepare Supplies
1.關門窗、空調。
Close doors、air condition.
2.戴上口罩，需蓋住鼻腔及嘴巴。將導管露出衣服外並固定。
Wear mask，Mask should cover the nasal cavity and mouth.Take out mini transfer set from clothing.
3.以75%酒精噴灑桌面，擦手紙巾由內往外，以環狀方式擦乾。
Spray 75% alcohol to the table and clean it using a tissue paper.
4.準備一袋透析液、一個迷你帽(白色保護帽)並檢查有效日期，乾洗手液。
Prepare a bag of dialysate， a mini cap and check the expiration date， dry clean hand lotion.
5.雙手沾濕用洗手乳搓洗，再以流動的水沖洗，過程約40~60秒。
Wash hands at least 40~60 times with soap.
6.檢查透析液:有效日期、容量、濃度、清澈度、有無滲漏，出口塞有無斷裂、拉環有無脫落、空袋有無液體。
Checking solution Bag:including expiry date、 volume、concentration、cloudiness、leaking，pull ring and
any break from green frangible near solution Bag.

二.連接透析液Connect to Twin Bag
7.夾上藍色、白色管夾。
Clamp both blue and white clamps.
8.折斷綠色出口塞
Break green frangible near solution Bag.
9.使用乾洗手液
Perform hand hygiene. Use dry hand lotion.
10.一手握緊身上導管，同時以小指勾住拉環，先取下迷你帽(白色保護帽)再拉開拉環，以無菌技術連接導管。
Holding transfer set steady while the little finger clasp to the pull ring.Remove pull ring after disconnect mini cap and immediately connect to transfer set.

三.引流Drain
11.打開白色管夾。
Open white clamp.
12.轉開身上導管流量控制夾。
Open transfer set to drain.

四.排氣Flush
13.關閉身上導管流量控制夾。
when drainage is complete ，close transfer set.
14.打開藍色、白色管夾，數五秒，關上白色管夾。
open blue and white clamp for remove the air from set count to5 .Clamp white clamp on drain line.

五.灌液Fill
15.轉開身上導管流量控制夾。
Open transfer set to fill.

六.灌液結束End of filling
16.透析液注入完畢，關閉身上導管流量控制夾，及注入管路的藍色管夾。
when fill is complete， clamp transfer set and blue clamp on fill line.

七.分離Cap Off
17.使用乾洗手液，並再次確認病人端導管及藍、白管夾是否全關閉。
Use dry hand lotion and double-check that the patient-side catheter and blue and white clamp are all closed
18.再次確認迷你帽(白色保護帽)有效日期，打開迷你帽(白色保護帽)包裝。
Reconfirm the mini cap expiration date and unpack the mini cap.
19.分離管組，套上白色保護帽。
Disconnect transfer set and twist mini cap into transfer set until firmly secured.
20.檢查引流液清澈度並記錄。
Check drainage fluid clarity and record.
